January stats.




I guess if you want to get technical, I never even made it to day 1.

Weight:  239
Base of neck:  15"
Upper arm:  15"
Bust:  50"
Waist:  46"
Hips:  48"
Upper thigh:  28"

A few observations:
  • I am a rectangle
  • My upper thigh is 2" bigger than my waist was when I was 17
  • My waist is 20" bigger than it was when I was 17
  • I have a long way to go

Now, about the diet. T. and I celebrated New Year's Eve last night. The bars were fairly empty, which was awesome!  We drank a bunch of beer, then came back home and ate taquitoes and drank some Irish cream. It was total fun, but the unfortunate result was a hangover today. And when I'm hungover, I have low blood sugar. That makes me feel sick as fuck. All that will make me feel even remotely human is a Big Mac Meal with a Coke. Disgusting, but effective.

 
 
    Also, we have a shit-tonne of leftover burgoo and fried chicken to eat, and I hate wasting food (obviously), so I'll eat the shit out of that tasty southern grease and start the juice fast tomorrow. The advantage is that T. can start his reboot at the same time.
    As for today's exercise, all I can do cringe with embarrassment. I had intended doing Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution Workout 1, but our exercise room is full of Christmas crap, so my first workout will be cleaning that shit up. Ha?

    T. and I did go for a walk though, and I am disproportionately pleased with myself. Its the first workout in my Nike 10K training plan, so at least I didn't fuck that up. Maybe I'll get that Jillian workout in later tonight, and I'll definitely drink the juice I made yesterday.  I'll go shopping and get more veggies to juice. It's not all bad. At least I started. As Scarlett O'Hara was fond of saying, "tomorrow is another day".
